History of Zacharias Janssen:
![]() | History: Zacharias Janssen was born on 1580 in Middleburg, Holland, and he was the son of a spectacle maker Hans Jassen. When Zacharias was in his teens ages, eye glasses were becoming popular, so Zacharias was interested in making of Microscope. One day Zacharias was helped by his father Hans in 1595, which he was in his teens of making his own "The First Compound Microscope" ; And he was credited for his very hard work. Historians generally agreed on crediting their inventions who is Zacharias and his father. Zacharias also wrote to a Dutch diplomat, and those people were William Boreel about the invention he did. When the physician of the french king inquired about the invetntion in 1650's, Boreel recounted the design of the Microscope. |
